Event 1: Day of event (4 SLT)

The event should be conducted once I have approved the proposal for Event 1. The event should be conducted on the day & time stated in the Event Proposal. 

Please Note:

1. Take pictures and keep it to be submitted later in the Post Event Report.

2.  Keep the receipts for the purchases made for Event 1. These should also be labelled and sent later with the Post Event Report.
