Please be informed that registration for the September 2026 semester for all existing students will commence on 21 August 2026 (Friday), after 1:00 p.m.

Dear Students,

EMS (Educational Management System) is our NEW student portal. You are required to use it from the next semester onwards.

To start, please complete your online registration for the next semester through the new EMS.

How to Register for the Next Semester via EMS

EMS Link: https://nilai.ems.com.my

1. Log in to the Student Portal.
   Username: (Student’s ID Number)
   Temporary Password: Student’s ID Number_abcd
2. Click Course Selection.
3. Click Proceed Course Selection.
4. Click OK.
5. Click Perform Course Selection Now.
6. Select your required course and click Add.
7. Click ✓ to confirm your selected course.
8. Select your tutorial class / workshop / lecturer, if applicable.
9. Click Save My Selection.
10. Click OK to confirm your selection.
11. Click To Submit Your Course Request To Faculty Now.
12. Review your selected courses and fees.
13. Click Confirm And Submit to complete your registration.
14. Make payment for the semester.

Heartiest congratulations on completing your studies at Nilai University! Your hard work, dedication, and resilience have brought you to this momentous milestone. To celebrate your outstanding academic achievement, we warmly invite you to the annual Nilai University Convocation Ceremony.

Please find the full schedule, registration details, and event guidelines outlined below.

Date : Saturday, 26 September 2026
Venue : President Hall, Nilai University
Time : 10.00 am (Graduands are required to arrive at 8.30 a.m. on Saturday, 26 September 2026 for registration, robing and seating confirmation)

We also welcome your family and friends enthusiastically to join us in celebrating your success. This memorable milestone will be shared with our distinguished guests, leaders, faculty members, and the dedicated lecturers who have guided you along your academic journey. As this ceremony marks a historic turning point in your life, we look forward to hosting you and your guests. 

Important Note: To maintain the decorum of this formal event, latecomers and children under the age of 12 years will strictly not be permitted into the President Hall.

Please register via our Convocation Reply Form by 28 August 2026 to secure your place. Seats are limited. Please register early. All fees due to the University must be settled to ensure successful registration.

In conjunction with your graduation, all graduates are required by the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) to complete the Graduate Tracer Study. Please note that completing this survey is mandatory, regardless of whether you choose to attend the convocation ceremony.
