Accounting is expected to be a legitimate process producing accurate summary of business transactions as financial health indicator for shareholders in a business structure to interpret and make financial decisions to further invest, stay or exit from the business. Banks or financial institutions need to know the annual revenue, cash flow and total debt to determine the business capability to repay it's loan. A good and organized accounting information reflects the competence of business management team. The accounting would be annually audited by an independent auditing firm to meet the requirements of the law. Internally, accounting would be the key information for management to plan annual financial goal, strategic planning and monthly fine tuning to ensure the company is driven towards planned financial goals that bring profits to the business.
