EMS (Educational Management System) is our NEW student portal. You are required to use it from the next semester onwards.
To start, please complete your online registration for the next semester through the new EMS.
How to Register for the Next Semester via EMS
EMS Link: https://nilai.ems.com.my
- Log in to the Student Portal.
Username: (Student’s ID Number)
Temporary Password: Student’s ID Number_abcd - Click Course Selection.
- Click Proceed Course Selection.
- Click OK.
- Click Perform Course Selection Now.
- Select your required course and click Add.
- Click ✓ to confirm your selected course.
- Select your tutorial class / workshop / lecturer, if applicable.
- Click Save My Selection.
- Click OK to confirm your selection.
- Click To Submit Your Course Request To Faculty Now.
- Review your selected courses and fees.
- Click Confirm And Submit to complete your registration.
- Make payment for the semester.
